PlayPop 8 Terms of Service

Last Revised: July 20, 2026 (Version 1.0)

These Terms apply to the software products and services provided by Doke (hereinafter "Doke," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with PlayPop 8, including but not limited to the PlayPop 8 system software, the sports and entertainment applications published by us, and other related products and services (excluding, however, services expressly governed by other terms of use), collectively referred to as the "Services."

These Terms of Use (these "Terms") set forth the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your use of the Services.

By any of the following means — (a) accessing or using the Services; or (b) permitting a minor to access or use the Services — you (on your own behalf, on behalf of the minor whom you permit to use the Services, or on behalf of the entity you represent) accept these Terms and represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Services, and do not permit any minor to use them.

If you permit a minor to use the Services, you must supervise such use and bear full responsibility for the minor's activities.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you meet either of the following conditions: (a) you are at least 16 years old and have been authorized to use the Services by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old; or (b) you are at least 18 years old.

Please note: these Terms require that disputes be resolved through arbitration (Section 9.2) on an individual basis, rather than by jury trial or class action, and limit the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute.

1. Access to the Services

1.1 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Doke grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2 Restrictions

The rights granted to you under these Terms are subject to the following restrictions:

(a) you may not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services (in whole or in part) or any content displayed on them;

(b) you may not modify, create derivative works of, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Services;

(c) you may not interfere with or circumvent any functionality of the Services;

(d) you may not access the Services for the purpose of developing similar or competing products or services;

(e) except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Services in any form or by any means.

Unless otherwise specified, any future updates, new features, or versions of the Services are subject to these Terms. All copyright and other proprietary notices on the Services (or on any content displayed on them) must be retained on all copies.

1.3 Modification

Doke has the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue (in whole or in part) the Services, with or without notice to you. You agree that Doke will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services. In addition, you expressly agree and acknowledge that content on the Services may change at any time for a variety of reasons (for example, because our license terms with third-party intellectual property owners are limited).

1.4 Ownership

Except for the "User Content" you provide (as defined below), you acknowledge that all intellectual property rights (including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets) contained in the Services and their content are owned by Doke or its licensors/suppliers. Neither these Terms nor your access to the Services transfers to you or to any third party any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property rights, other than the limited access rights expressly granted in Section 1.1. Doke and its licensors/suppliers reserve all rights not expressly granted under these Terms. These Terms contain no implied license. You acquire no ownership interest by downloading Service Materials or purchasing Virtual Currency/Virtual Goods (as defined below).

1.5 Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods

The Services may include virtual currency obtainable through the Services (such as gems, coins, points, and the like, hereinafter "Virtual Currency"), as well as virtual digital items (such as props, abilities (for example, the ability to accelerate game progress), and the like, hereinafter "Virtual Goods").

Doke reserves the absolute right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to manage, adjust, control, modify, or cancel Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods, including by setting expiration periods for them. Doke bears no liability for the exercise of the foregoing rights.

You have no right, title, or interest in any Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods appearing in or generated by the Services, except that you have a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods lawfully obtained by you, solely within the Services.

You agree that transferring Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the Services. Outside the Services, you may not sell, exchange, or otherwise transfer Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods to Doke, to other users, or to any third party.

You further agree that, if these Terms, your access to the Services, or the Services themselves are terminated for any reason (including Doke discontinuing the relevant portion of the Services for any reason), you will automatically forfeit all Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods, and Doke bears no liability for this.

1.6 Accounts

The Services may require you to register an account in order to use them. During registration, you may be required to provide personal information. You agree to provide and maintain (and update as necessary) true, accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and bear full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account (whether or not you are aware of them). If you discover any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach, please notify us immediately.

2. User Content and Service Materials

2.1 User Content

"User Content" means any information or content submitted by a user or used in connection with the Services (such as profiles, posts, forum content, and the like). You are fully responsible for your User Content. If you permit a minor to use the Services, User Content submitted by the minor must be approved by you, and you are responsible for it.

You bear all risks associated with your User Content, including the risk that others rely on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness, or that information contained in it that could identify you or a third party is disclosed.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy (as defined in Section 2.3), and you must not suggest or claim that such content is provided, sponsored, or endorsed by Doke.

Because you are fully responsible for your User Content, you may face legal liability if it violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

Doke has no obligation to back up your User Content and may delete it at any time without prior notice. If you wish to retain it, please back it up yourself.

2.2 License Grant

You hereby grant (and warrant that you have the right to grant) Doke an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform, create derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use and exploit your User Content for the purpose of providing the Services, and to sublicense the foregoing rights.

You hereby irrevocably waive (and agree to cause to be waived) any claim to attribution rights or moral rights in your User Content.

2.3 Acceptable Use Policy

The following constitutes our Acceptable Use Policy:

(a) you may not use the Services to collect, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any User Content if such content:

(i) infringes any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, moral rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights;

(ii) is unlawful, harassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful, invasive of another's privacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, intentionally misleading, trade libelous, pornographic, obscene, patently offensive, promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual, or is otherwise objectionable;

(iii) is harmful to minors in any way;

(iv) violates any law, regulation, third-party obligation, or restriction.

(b) In addition, you may not:

(i) upload, transmit, or distribute any computer virus, worm, or software designed to disrupt or alter a computer system or data;

(ii) send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other forms of repetitive or unsolicited messages (whether or not commercial in nature);

(iii) collect, obtain, or compile information about other users (including email addresses) without their consent;

(iv) interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Services, or violate the regulations, policies, or procedures of such networks;

(v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services (or to other computer systems or networks connected to them) by password cracking or other means;

(vi) harass or interfere with other users' use and enjoyment of the Services;

(vii) use software, automated agents, or scripts to create multiple accounts on the Services, or to generate automated searches, requests, or queries (or to scrape, crawl, or mine data from the Services).

(Provided, however, that we conditionally grant public search engine operators a revocable license to use web crawlers to reproduce Service Materials, solely for the purpose of creating publicly searchable indexes, without caching or archiving, and subject to the parameters in our robots.txt file.)

2.4 Enforcement

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review any User Content, and may, in our sole discretion, take appropriate action against conduct that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or other provisions of these Terms, or that creates liability for us or others, including: removing or modifying your User Content, terminating your account under Section 7, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and the like.

2.5 Feedback

If you provide Doke with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you hereby assign to Doke all rights in such Feedback and agree that Doke may use and fully exploit the Feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate. Doke will treat all Feedback as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree not to submit to Doke any information or ideas that you consider confidential or proprietary.

2.6 Service Materials

"Service Materials" means all information and materials contained in the Services, including:

  • all copyrightable materials;
  • songs, music, audio, videos, photographs, graphics, artwork, characters, animations, and layouts;
  • text, images, and the overall "look and feel" of the Services;
  • compilations, combinations, and arrangements of materials;
  • designs, advertising copy, data, logos, domain names, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other source identifiers.

You agree that the Service Materials are protected by the intellectual property laws and other laws of the jurisdictions in which PlayPop 8 is sold, and that their use, reproduction, and distribution may be restricted. You may not in any way impede, license, modify, publish, reproduce, sell, transfer, transmit, or exploit any Service Materials.

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Doke (and its officers, employees, and agents) against any losses (including costs and attorneys' fees) arising from any third-party claims or demands resulting from:

(a) your use of the Services;

(b) your breach of these Terms;

(c) your violation of applicable laws or regulations;

(d) your User Content.

Doke has the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you shall cooperate with our defense. You may not settle any claim without Doke's prior written consent. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any relevant claim, action, or proceeding after we become aware of it.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

4.1 Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, or may provide third-party services as a platform (collectively, "Third-Party Links and Services"). Such links and services are not controlled by Doke, and Doke is not responsible for them. We provide access solely for convenience and do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations regarding Third-Party Links and Services. You use Third-Party Links and Services at your own risk and should exercise caution. When you click on or access a third-party link, that third party's terms, privacy policy, and data collection practices apply. You should conduct your own investigation before entering into any transaction.

4.2 Other Users

Each user is fully responsible for their own User Content. Because we do not control User Content, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any User Content (whether provided by you or by others). We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, suitability, or quality of User Content. Your interactions with other users are entirely between you and them, and Doke is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from them. If a dispute arises with another user, we have no obligation to intervene.

4.3 Release

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Doke (and its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns) from all liability, claims, demands, and/or damages (including negligence claims), whether known or unknown, arising from disputes caused by the acts or omissions of other users or third parties.

5. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Doke (and its licensors/suppliers) expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that content will be accurate, reliable, virus-free, complete, lawful, or safe.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Doke (or our suppliers) be liable to you or to any third party for lost profits, lost data, the cost of substitute products, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of these Terms or your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, Doke's total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 90 days preceding your claim.

If you have paid no fees to us in the 90 days preceding your claim, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services and close your account.

You further acknowledge and agree that our licensors or suppliers bear no liability with respect to the Services or these Terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you. If the law does not permit us to limit liability as described above, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Services. We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your right to use the Services (including on account of your breach of these Terms). Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services terminates immediately. You understand that termination may result in your User Content being deleted from our active databases. Doke bears no liability for any such termination (including the deletion of content).

Even after termination, the following provisions survive: Sections 1.2 through 1.6, and Sections 2 through 9.

8. Copyright Policy

Doke respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires users to do the same. We have adopted and implemented a copyright policy that provides for the removal of infringing materials and, in appropriate circumstances, the termination of the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights (including copyrights).

If you believe that a user has unlawfully infringed your copyright through our Services and you wish to have the infringing material removed, please provide us with the following written notice:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • identification of the infringing material on the Services that you request be removed;
  • information sufficient to enable us to locate that material;
  • your address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

9. General

9.1 Changes

These Terms may be revised from time to time. A revision takes effect immediately upon posting, without further notice. We will post notice of changes on our website. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Changes apply immediately to new users; for existing users, continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

9.2 Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Agreement)

Please read this arbitration agreement carefully. It is part of your contract with Doke, affects your rights, and contains a mandatory individual arbitration provision and a class action waiver.

(a) Applicability: all claims and disputes relating to these Terms or to Doke's products/services (other than the injunctive relief described below), if they cannot be resolved informally or in small claims court, must be resolved through individual arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted in English. This agreement applies to you, Doke and its affiliates, agents, employees, successors, and assigns, as well as all authorized or unauthorized users of the Services.

(b) Notice and Informal Resolution: before initiating arbitration, you must first send the other party a written "Notice of Dispute" stating the nature of the dispute, its basis, and the relief sought. The notice should be sent to: Front Desk, 30th Floor, Building A2, Chuangzhi Cloud City, Liuxiandong, Xili, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. Within 30 days after receipt of the notice, the parties may attempt informal resolution. Only if the dispute is not resolved may arbitration be initiated. The amount of any settlement offer must not be disclosed before the arbitrator issues an award.

(c) Arbitration Rules: arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules designated by Doke.

(d) Additional Rules for Non-Appearance-Based Arbitration: if non-appearance-based arbitration is elected, it may be conducted by telephone, online, or in writing, with the specific method chosen by the initiating party. Unless the parties agree otherwise, no in-person appearance is required.

(e) Time Limit: arbitration must be commenced within the statute of limitations.

(f) Arbitrator's Authority: the arbitrator may determine the rights and obligations of the parties, and disputes may not be consolidated or joined. The arbitrator has the authority to rule on motions to dismiss all or part of a claim and may award monetary damages and non-monetary relief permitted by law. The arbitrator must issue a written award with a statement of reasons. The arbitrator's authority is equivalent to that of a judge. The award is final and binding on both parties.

(g) Waiver of Jury Trial: the parties waive the right to trial by a judge or jury in court and elect to resolve disputes through arbitration. Arbitration proceedings are generally more efficient and lower in cost, and court review is extremely limited. If litigation arises from the enforcement or vacatur of an arbitration award, the parties waive jury trial, and the matter will be decided by a judge.

(h) Waiver of Class or Consolidated Actions: all claims and disputes must be arbitrated or litigated on an individual basis, may not proceed on a class basis, and may not be consolidated or joined with the claims of other users or customers.

(i) Confidentiality: the entire arbitration process (including the award and its performance) is strictly confidential, unless required by law. This section does not prevent the submission of necessary information to a court to enforce this agreement or an arbitration award, or to seek injunctive relief.

(j) Severability: if any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part will be void, and the remaining parts will continue in effect.

(k) Right to Waive: the defending party may waive any right or limitation under this arbitration agreement without affecting the other parts.

(l) Survival of Agreement: this arbitration agreement remains in effect after the termination of your relationship with Doke.

(m) Small Claims Court: notwithstanding the foregoing, you or Doke may still bring an individual action in small claims court.

(n) Claims Not Subject to Arbitration: notwithstanding the foregoing, the following claims are not subject to this arbitration agreement: defamation, violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and infringement or misappropriation of the other party's patent, copyright, trademark, or trade secret.

(o) Venue: to the extent permitted by this arbitration agreement, the parties agree to submit to the court designated by Doke.

9.3 Export Control

The Services may be subject to the export control laws of various countries and the import and export regulations of other countries. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any technical data obtained from Doke or any products using such data, in violation of the export laws of the region of sale.

9.4 Governing Law

These Terms and any action related to them are governed by the laws designated by Doke, without regard to their conflict-of-law provisions.

9.5 Electronic Communications

Communications between you and Doke (including your use of the Services, the sending of emails, and Doke's posting of announcements on the Services or contacting you by email) are all in electronic form. You (a) consent to receive communications in electronic form; and (b) agree that the electronic versions of the terms, notices, disclosures, and the like provided by Doke satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This section does not affect your non-waivable rights.

9.6 Additional Guidelines; Entire Terms

Certain features of the Services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules (such as our Privacy Policy at https://promo.blackview.hk/android/), which are incorporated into these Terms. These Terms (including referenced materials) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver. Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect. "Including" means "including but not limited to." If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will be unaffected, and the invalid part will be deemed modified to the maximum valid extent permitted by law. You and Doke are independent contractors, not agents or partners. You may not assign, subcontract, delegate, or otherwise transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Doke's prior written consent, and any purported transfer in violation of this provision is void. Doke may freely assign these Terms, and the assignee will be bound by them.

9.7 Copyright/Trademark Information

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Services (the "Marks") are owned by us or by third parties. You may not use these Marks without the prior written consent of us or the relevant third party.
