Single Sign-On (SSO): If you log in via Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive your name, email, and public profile information per your settings on that platform. We do not receive your third-party account password.

Authorized Retailers: Order fulfillment data if you purchase through an authorized reseller.

Advertising and Analytics Partners: Identifiers and interaction data for ad measurement and attribution.

2.4 Device-Specific Data (Blackview Products)

When you use Blackview smartphones, tablets, rugged devices, or accompanying applications, we may collect:

Device identifiers (IMEI, serial number)

Network connection information (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular network data)

Directly from you: When you register an account, make a purchase, contact customer service, subscribe to our newsletter, participate in surveys or events, or submit content.

Account information: Life of the account plus up to 2 years after account deletion.

Order and transaction records: Up to 7 years as required by tax, warranty, and consumer-protection laws.

Customer support records: Up to 3 years after case closure.

Marketing preferences: Until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, plus a reasonable suppression period to ensure we respect your opt-out.

15.4 Your Additional Rights Under U.S. State Laws

Right to Know and Access: Confirm whether we process your data and obtain details about categories collected, sources, purposes, and disclosures.

Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold about you.
