PlayPop 8 Privacy Policy

Last Revised: July 20, 2026 (Version 1.0)

This Policy applies to Doke ("Doke," "we," "us," or "our") and to its products and services, including but not limited to the sports and entertainment applications published by us, our websites, and other related products and services (excluding, however, services expressly governed by other privacy policies), collectively referred to as the "Services."

This Privacy Policy (this "Policy") is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use. It describes the types of information we collect from you, how we use and disclose such information, and the measures we take to protect that information.

Information We Collect Through the Services

  • Information You Provide Voluntarily

When you use the Services, we may collect information such as your name, email address, performance statistics, username, photos/videos, or preferences, and we may combine such information with other information about you. You may provide information to us in a variety of ways, for example, by registering for an account, verifying your account through a third-party service, creating a profile, recording videos using the Services, or sending us a customer service request.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Sensitive Personal Information

    As defined by the CCPA, we may collect the following categories of sensitive personal information:

a. Precise geolocation. Information about the country/region in which the device was activated. Purpose of collection: device geographic distribution statistics and compliance management. Only country-level geolocation is recorded; we do not collect street-level location data.

b. Biometric information. When you use the AI motion-sensing recognition feature, the device camera captures human skeletal key-point data in real time for motion recognition and motion-sensing interaction. Purpose of collection: real-time processing of the user's bodily movements in order to provide the motion-sensing game experience. The skeletal key-point data is processed in real time on the device only; it is not uploaded to or stored on servers, is not used to identify or infer the user's identity, and is not used to infer characteristics such as the user's race, ethnicity, health, or emotion. Camera data is processed in real time during the motion-sensing game session and is destroyed immediately after the session ends.

c. Health/fitness-related data. Exercise statistics generated during gameplay (such as game duration and exercise frequency). Purpose of collection: to display the user's gaming achievements and exercise records.

During your use of the Services, we may automatically record certain information from your device through technologies such as "cookies," "clear GIFs," or "web beacons." Such automatically collected information may include:

  • Your IP address or other device address or ID;
  • Information about your web browser or device (including model, version, and/or operating system);
  • The web pages or websites you visited before and after using the Services;
  • The pages or other content you viewed or interacted with within the Services;
  • Information about how you access, use, or interact with the Services (including date, time, duration, usage progress, and other activity).

We may also use the technologies described above to collect information about your interactions with emails, such as whether you opened, clicked, or forwarded an email. Such automatically collected information applies to all users and may be combined with other information about you.
